KAISERLEI OFFENBACH - COMPLETE GUTTING OF HIGH-RISE BUILDING IN THE CITY CENTRE

The building ensemble with the working title "Kaiserlei" is located in the inner city area of Offenbach and consists of a total of 4 buildings. Two of the office complexes from the 1970s, 20 and 22 storeys high respectively, are being completely gutted, decontaminated and converted into flats.

• Building A: 3-storey, star-shaped building, side length approx. 15m, 23 storeys incl. cellar plus attic
• Building B.: rectangular building approx. 88 x 15 m, 20 storeys including basement plus roof structure
• Pollutants: Asbestos KMF, PCB, PAH, HBCD (dust protection for facade deconstruction (KMF/asbestos))
