Conversion of industrial site to residential area

The former wool spinning mill "Gottl. Hoyler sen." on Dettinger Strasse was built in the early 19th century and existed for more than 150 years. The approximately 1.7-hectare site is to be developed into a residential area. The first construction phase is due to be completed in 2021. An existing building will be retained as the centre of the neighbourhood, thus preserving the residential area's historical connection to the former wool spinning mill in Dettinger Straße.
