An industrial estate with forward-looking ecological aspirations was to be created. In order to prepare the ground for the subsequent building construction, it was planned to raise the ground level of the former clay pit to a level prior to clay extraction. This required economical and environmentally friendly soil and mass management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Services IBL:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subsoil investigation and waste risk assessment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>in the run-up to soil management:<br \/>Planning.
